We have a commercial running on local TV here in Austin. The commercial is for a company/website called NOMORENT.com. First of all the commercial is about 100 times worse than that late night commercial with the guy that wears the suit with dollar signs (maybe it’s questions marks) all over it: selling a book that you can use to get government grants. Well, let me tell you the commercial for nomorent.com is ridiculous. If you go to the actual website you’ll get a idea of how bad the TV commercial is because of how crappy the website is. It’s obvious that this slimy looking white guys is trying to sell himself to the group of people that would actually use the term “no mo rent”. I guess there’s no real point to this post. However, if you’re sales person, graphic designer or a tv production person you may want to call this guy up and offer him your services.

Jerome is actually a very nice man. Yes, his commercial is kind of cheesy, but calling him a “slimy looking white guys (sic)” is uncalled for.

I’m sure he’s a nice guy. But, he sure seems slimy when he does the “no mo rent” commercials. Just my opinion.
