Willie Nelson was awesome last night

I went to see Willie Nelson last night at Stubbs in Austin. It was the first time that I’ve seen Willie live. I was amazed at how great he was. First of all the guy plays a guitar better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Secondly, to be 72 years old, he was a great performer. He did a 2 hour set without taking break. He interacted with audience and played lead guitar for every song. As a matter of fact he was the only guitar player on stage. He did every song that I would have hoped to have heard and ended his show with some classic Hank Williams covers. Willie is awesome. If you get a chance to see him, I would strongly recommend it. Next up, Merle Haggard on October 25th.
