Ok, hate is probably to strong of a word, so it’s more like dislike. I think he comes across a little arrogant , but when you’re a self made billionaire, i guess you develop a little swagger. I think the basketball Mark Cuban is probably much different than the everyday Mark Cuban. So, lets just say that I dislike him a lot when he’s wearing his Mavericks “uniformâ€.
The game the other night was one of the best playoff games that I’ve ever seen. It sucks that the Spurs lost, but someone had to. The Mavericks looked like some sort of super human government project, in the first half. At one point, they were shooting over 80%. It wasn’t open, easy shots either. The second half was different though, the Spurs came back and took the lead with seconds left in the game. But, luck (bad officiating) was with the Mavs. They won, it’s over with, and we’ll have to wait until next year.
In my earlier post about Mark Cuban, I talked about how he was trying to start a much needed NBA rivalry between the Spurs and The Mavs. I think he’s succeeded. If the Mavs would have lost, the rivalry would not be as strong. Let the games begin…well, let them begin next year.
